Meetings are open to members and nonmembers alike and are held on Sundays from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Usually the meeting date is the second or third Sunday, but that will change due to holidays. Check out the side bar for the next meeting date and you can also find the meeting schedule for the entire year at our Yahoo Group.
Our meetings generally start with “Show & Tell” where we go around the room and show everyone the projects we’re currently working on. This provides a perfect opportunity to get feedback from other members and find inspiration for your next project. After “Show & Tell” we’ll move on to presentations where we invite anyone to come give a short talk about robotics events, electronics, programming, mechanical design, and any other interesting topics. We follow presentations with announcements about upcoming robot events then transition to club business.
Meetings are held at:

Bi-Weekly Build Sessions (ON HOLD)
Bi-Weekly Build Sessions are open to members and nonmembers alike and are held at PROBOTIX thanks to the generous support of club member Len Shelton. Bi-weekly build sessions are informal workshops where everyone is invited to bring their current robot project and share their knowledge and skills with the rest of the club members. There are no formal presentations, schedules, or discussions. No specific club business is discussed so attendance is completely optional. The build sessions take place on Thursday evenings every other week from approximately 6:00PM to 8:00PM. You can find the complete schedule of meeting dates at our Yahoo Group. Make sure to subscribe to the Yahoo mailing list so you’ll receive announcements and reminders about upcoming events including bi-weekly build sessions.
NOTE: A bi-weekly build session will be cancelled if no members plan to attend.
